Anne is truly one of our office’s secret weapons. She loves her profession, and next year will have fifty years of experience in the dental field. She was a dental assistant for two years before attending Alabama’s dental hygiene preceptorship program and has been a hygienist since 1960. She is known for her gentle technique and calm demeanor.
Anne is quite passionate about her hobbies, which include sewing, reading, and gardening. Amazingly, her green thumb has never been a problem to patients.
Anne has two daughters, Lisa and Cindy, who live in Birmingham with four grandchildren between them. She has one son, Donald, who lives in Kentucky.
Anne was born in St. Stephens, Alabama, in Washington County. She has lived in Birmingham since she was four years old and currently lives in Morris.
Venitta came to our office in January of 2011 as our new hygienist. While new to our office, she is not new to the dental field, and has been in dentistry since 1988. She has a great working knowledge of the front desk and insurance processing and has been a great asset to our team.
Venitta has been married to her husband Reggie for 10 years. They are parents to Mike, Kyle, and Raley. Both Reggie and Venitta are big sports fans and share a love for the outdoors. They love spending time at their hunting lodge, riding four wheelers, fishing, and playing golf.

Crystal Adderhold is the new face at our office. She is Dr. Beckham’s assistant, working right beside him all day long. She brings 9 years of dental assisting experience to our office
Crystal grew up in Adamsville and was very fortunate to have and spend lots of time with both sets of her grandparents during her younger years. She credits them with exerting a very positive influence in many areas of her life.
Crystal is our cowgirl. At a young age, she started racking horses and then got into running “barrels.” Her very first year to show in Alabama, she was in the top 25 in the state out of 250 entries. She also loves training horses. Her lifelong ambition is to show in the Las Vegas Rodeo.
Crystal is married to Scott, with a daughter , Mattie, who loves softball and horses too.
Janet, has been with our team since September of 2009. She was new to our office, but not new to the dental field. She has been in dentistry since 2008, and came to us with a strong background in accounting as well as information technology. She brings a great deal of knowledge, experience, and a smiling face to our front desk.
Janet has been married to her husband, Scott, for 8 years. Scott has a web site development company and is a very talented musician, playing in a band in his off time. They are parents to three children- Dylan, Nicole, and Griffin.
Both Janet and Scott are huge sports fans and enjoy watching their children’s school sports. Since Scott is originally from Philadelphia, he is a Philadelphia Phillies Baseball and Eagle Football fan, and Janet has caught the fever! They are Alabama Crimson Tide fans, too.
Janet and Scott enjoy cooking together and trying different cuisines, and Janet also enjoys making scented candles. When summer comes, they enjoy spending time at the beach with their children.
